Each Sunday at our 11am service, we're welcoming up to 50 people to attend in-person.

Our state guidelines specify that we are allowed to have in-person gatherings of up to 50 people during phase 1 of our Reopening due to the COVID -19 crisis. Our team is working hard to create a safe environment for a small group of attendees.
Our doors will be open for you to come in from 10:40 am-11:10 am. After 11:10 am, our team handling check-in will no longer be at the front doors and no longer be able to let you in.
We will be requiring you to fill out a waiver in order to attend. You can download the waiver here and fill it out before you arrive. The waiver is also attached on the registration page. If you are unable to, for whatever reason, we will have copies for you to fill out when you get there.
Face Coverings are required whenever you are not in your seat. We will have face masks available if you need them.
We will take your temperature before you are allowed to enter the building. If your temperature registers above 99.2 degrees, we will unfortunately not permit you to join us in person.
There will only be one entrance for you to enter which is the main entrance at the turnaround on the South West corner of the building.
There will also only be one exit, and that is by the south side Wiggle Room Doors.
Our Ushers will seat you in a pre-selected location.
There will only be one set of bathrooms open for you to use, and that is on the South Side of the auditorium, next to the Wiggle Room.
We will have a team of volunteers who will be spot cleaning and sanitizing chairs, bathrooms, and other surfaces on Sundays. Sanitizing will happen frequently and especially between services.
The primary experience that we will be focused on is the online venue, so you will see camera people walking around and on the stage. We will try not to distract your experience, but be aware; there may be distractions from time to time.
Since we have fewer people in the auditorium, sound may feel louder than what you remember; unfortunately, to produce quality sound online, we will not be making adjustments in the auditorium.
We will not be passing offering during the service; if you would like to give our ministries with tithes or offerings, we ask that you please do that online through easthill.org/give.
We are not offering childcare during our services at this time.
We will close registration for our 11am service once 50 people have registered. You may sign up for our waitlist here at any time. The waitlist is for our 9am service only and we can accommodate 25 people per Sunday. The waitlist does not renew each week, so if you sign up for the waitlist, your name will be added to the bottom of the list and you'll be notified when you have been registered.
Note: Every individual person that wants to attend must fill out the waitlist. It is not 1 person per family. If only 1 person fills out the waitlist, only that person will be added to the wait list.
I know that there are many rules, but we are so excited to have people join us; the last thing we want is anyone to feel unsafe or that their health is at risk. Registration opens each Sunday at 2pm for the following Sunday. Registration closes once we have reached capacity.
