Accounting Director - Full Time Position

Overview of Role: 
  • Oversee & monitor tasks for Accounting & Payroll team members to accomplish the goals and objectives of our team.
  • Prepare & present monthly financial reports for our church council & management team.
  • Primary contact & signer for banking & investment-related issues.
  • Develop annual budget spreadsheets & work with managers to create a budget for council approval.
  • Assure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Preferred Skills: 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, with particular emphasis on Excel. 
  • Accounting degree and or history of experience. 
  • Ability to handle confidential material & present accurate reports.
  • Knowledge & experience with Non-Profit Fund Accounting.
Salary Range: 
$55,000 - $60,000

EH Kids Coordinator - Part Time Position (20hrs)

Overview of Role: 

The EH Kids Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the EH Kids Director in facilitating dynamic programming that embodies the love of Christ and fosters the spiritual growth and development of children from infancy through 5th grade, along with their families. The primary focus is to create a secure, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment conducive to learning.

  • Collaborate with the EH Kids Director in strategizing and executing programming tailored to the needs and interests of children and families within the East Hill Church Family and the broader community.
  • Helps in the development and implementation of curriculum and resources that align with the mission and values of the East Hill Church Family.
Preferred Skills: 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with children in a ministry or educational setting, with an understanding of child development principles.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software or systems as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with children, families, and volunteers.
Hourly Wage:

Administrative Assistant - Full Time Position

Overview of Role: 

An essential part of the church office operations, providing a wide variety of administrative support functions to the staff and supporting ministry. Conduct and maintain the Volunteer Application process adhering to the church policies and bylaws.

  • Discretionary handling of sensitive administrative matters including records retention, phone calls, emails, texts and other personnel matters
  • Facilitate fiscal processes including check requests and credit and PEX card reconciliation
  • Assist with Graphic Design
  • Assist with a wide variety of scheduling processes in the Planning Center Online
  • Create Registrations
  • Create Rooms & Resource Requests
Preferred Skills: 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software or systems as needed.
