Welcome our new pastor - Jordan Headley

Pastoral Transition Update - Updated 01/13/2026

We’re excited to share that after much vetting, prayer, and conversation, we've found our new lead pastor, Jordan Headley!

Jordan has an extensive background in church leadership, growth, strategy, team dynamics, and cross-cultural engagement. He’s also kind, warm, integrous, theologically sound, a good teacher, passionate about prayer, and a mature man of God.

Jordan is so excited and humbled to be part of East Hill Church. Interestingly, his wife, Kelsey, was born and raised in Gresham. They both have a deep sense of calling to Gresham and to East Hill. Jordan is excited to learn about the culture, get to know all of you, and help lead the church to serve the community, be a great disciple, and reach the lost in Gresham and beyond.

In addition to the vetting of the District, our church council has spent time with Jordan, both in conversation and prayer, asking many questions to ensure he is the right person to serve the unique and wonderful church that East Hill is. With the council's affirmation and all the vetting work completed, our General supervisor, along with the rest of the Supervisory team, believes that Jordan is the next-called person of God to serve at East Hill.

The Headley Family
Pastor Dennis Easter

Pastor Dennis has been such a tremendous blessing to us at East Hill Church. Since stepping in as our interim pastor this past September, he has faithfully provided leadership, stability, and encouragement during a meaningful season of transition for our church family. Through his heartfelt, Spirit-led messages and steady presence, Dennis has guided and strengthened our congregation each week.

As we prepare for his final Sunday with us on January 18th, we want to take a moment to express our deep gratitude for his time, dedication, and obedience to God’s call. His impact on East Hill will not be forgotten, and we are truly thankful for the ways he has served and loved our church.
